Learning by doing on real machines

This is the direct answer to the client's first expectation: making Tongon's engineers and technicians able to operate, analyze and diagnose on their own— including troubleshooting, without systematic reliance on software. The approach is firmly "learning by doing": competence is built on the site's actual machines, not only in the classroom.

The program is organized into progressive modules, from fundamentals to full autonomy:
