Rotation (ω) and H / V / A directions per bearing. Trunnions instrumented with 500 mV/g low-frequency accelerometers (radial).
05 · Jaw Crusher
8 vibration + 2 temperature
Radial loads on the eccentric shaft: H / V directions per bearing, no axial measurement.
06 · Cyclone Pump (VSD)
6 vibration + 2 temperature + 1 tachometer
Shaft tachometer reference for order analysis. Optional axial measurement on pump bearing (impeller thrust).
Reservation
Exact number of bearings, presence of a thrust bearing and actual direction of rotation to be confirmed during the site visit.
