The four levels

    Level 3 — Technical room

    2U CMS server (or virtual machine) in RAID 1: SKF @ptitude Observer + SQL Server, machine models, bearing geometry database, BPFO / BPFI / BSF / FTF fault frequencies and timestamped history. Control workstation: INOVA360 supervision, Observer analysis client (2 licenses), notifications and CMMS work orders.

    Level 2 — OT network

    SNMP-managed OT core switch, dedicated CMS VLAN, converters and OM3 multimode fiber-optic backbone to each cabinet.

    Level 1 — Acquisition

    ARM-01 and ARM-02 (grinding): 3 × IMx-8, 20 AI channels including 4 spare. ARM-03 (pumping): 4 × IMx-8, 32 AI channels and 4 speed inputs. ARM-04 (crushing) under Option 2 extension. 230 VAC → 24 VDC redundant power supply, 4 GB store & forward.

    Level 0 — Field

    Ball mills 31/32-MILL-01, cyclone pumps 31/32-PUMP-01/02 and crushers 21/22-CRUS-01. Shielded multicore cable + low-noise coaxial, IP66 junction boxes.

INOVA360 and CMMS interfacing are outside the budget baseline and priced separately.
